is two machines in one: It can turn and transport tons of paper
with incredible ease. Toppy with aeration and jogging becomes the
"mover and shaker" of the printing insustry, It increases safety
and productivity in the press rooms, bindery, shipping and receiving

Standard Features:
• Turning piles for "work and turn" jobs in less than 2 minutes,
versus 20 to 30 minutes by hand. Does not squeeze the paper, which
means no offsetting.

• Toppy Lifter is built with a special high-strength forged steel.
Moving part have shafts of hardened steel, ground finished, with
bushings and bearings. Lifting is achieved by an hydraulic cylinder
with a chrome plated piston operated by an hydraulic system consisting
of a battery, ventilated D.C. motor, gear pump, oil tank and oil
intake filter. All parts are enclosed and protected by a cover guard.
• Toppy Lifter is equipped with a photocell that detects the height
of the pile and raises or lowers the lift automatically to proper
working height.
• Toppy Lifter is also available without the photocell. Lifting
and lowering of the pile is done by operating a switch located on
the handle.
• Both units are equipped with a battery charger.

Toppy
Excel is the automatic and programmable pile turner system for turning,
aerating, jogging and conditioning loads of paper, cardboard, plastic
and other materials. It is fast and rugged, engineered for high
volume with fast operation determined by the operator.
Thank's to the excellent air and jogger system Toppy Excel allows the operator to work both with light paper and with heavy cardboard. Toppy Excel offers the operator to select each cycle through a touch screen control board by a PLC.
Toppy Excel Logistic is integrated with logistic systems suggested by Toppy Srl for offset printing machines or punch cutter to automate the system.
